  1. What is in the app today

    Easier Now opened to the public. All of this is working in the app today.

    • The Now view: one task on screen with Done, Skip, Later and Log.
    • Time estimates on every task, checked against the hours left in the day.
    • Estimates that learn from the minutes you log and adjust themselves.
    • Catch-up mode: overdue tasks handed back one at a time with Skip, Do today and Done.
    • Two-way Google Calendar sync, with prep and travel time added to meetings.
    • Repeating routines, including ones anchored to waking rather than to a date.
    • CSV and calendar import for bringing another app across.
    • Multi-add: one typed sentence becomes several tasks in the right projects.
    • Daily Review listing what you finished and the minutes each task took.
    • XP and a growing tree, both optional.
    • Projects, assignments and roles for teams, with personal tasks kept private.
