For ADHD founders

Run a business when picking what to start is the hard part.

Every client task, routine and meeting goes in. Easier Now shows you one task at a time, and when you fall behind it hands the overdue ones back the same way.

What the week looks like now

  • 19 open projects, and the invoice is the one you forgot to send.
  • You asked your team for 13 things this week and cannot say where any of them are.
  • You spent two hours rebuilding the project board and shipped the client work late.
  • One email ate the whole afternoon and nothing recorded where the time went.
  • You re-plan the week every Monday and the plan is out of date by Tuesday.

Why the last app stopped working

The last three apps all needed maintenance.

Notion needed a database built before anything happened. Asana needed someone to keep the board tidy. The AI calendar packed the day so tight that one late call broke the whole thing. All of them gave you a longer list to read.

What the app actually does

The five parts that do the work.

One task on screen

You are not asked to choose. A single task is shown, with Done, Skip, Later and Log.

Easier Now learns how long you actually take

Say 30 minutes, log 50, and the next estimate for that kind of task is 50.

Overdue tasks come back one at a time

A backlog becomes a run of single decisions. Skip a routine, delete a one-off, or press Do today to pull it back into today.

Every client in one list

A hundred tasks across a dozen projects still produce one task on screen.

The call notes are the capture

Every task holds a notes page. Write the actions as checkboxes, press + Task, confirm them, and nothing from a client call needs retyping.

What happens on a normal Tuesday

You open the app and one task is already on screen. You do that task, tap Done, set the minutes, and the next task appears.

If a client call eats the afternoon, press Optimise schedule. Your strict commitments stay where they are, the flexible work is refitted into what is left, and the tasks that no longer fit today are named so you can move or drop them.

And on a bad Thursday

  • Two days missed, 71 tasks overdue
  • Catch-up shows the first overdue task, with Skip, Do today and Done under it
  • You get through nine and stop. The other 62 wait
  • Anything you have not done carries forward

Questions people ask before starting

I have abandoned every productivity app. Why would Easier Now be different?

Easier Now has nothing to maintain. There is no board to tidy, no weekly setup and no daily planning session. Miss a fortnight and you are handed the backlog one item at a time, with three buttons under each: skip it, do it today, or mark it done.

I do not have an ADHD diagnosis. Is Easier Now still for me?

Easier Now is built for people with more to do than time, including people with ADHD. No diagnosis is needed and none is asked for. If picking what to start is the slow part, Easier Now does the picking.

  • Cancel in a click In settings, with no phone call and no form.
