For founders and small teams
Every client task in one list. One task on screen at a time.
Put in the client work, your repeating routines and your Google Calendar. Easier Now sizes it, orders it and hands you one task at a time. Assign the rest to your team and watch what each person is working on.
My today list is 50 items. There is a hundred hours of work in my today section.
What running the business looks like right now.
- 19 open projects, and the invoice is the one you forgot to send.
- You asked your team for 13 things this week and cannot say where any of them are.
- You spent two hours rebuilding the project board and shipped the client work late.
- One email ate the whole afternoon and nothing recorded where the time went.
- You re-plan the week every Monday and the plan is out of date by Tuesday.
None of that is a discipline problem. That is what happens when the whole business is held in one head.
Easier Now puts the hours on and picks the order.
One task, start to finish
Finishing a task takes four taps.
There is no planning session first. You open the app and the first task is already on screen. Tap Done, set the minutes, take the points, and the next one loads.

The main screen
One task, four buttons: Done, Skip, Later, Log.
The task is picked from everything you have put in, across every client, and it is already scheduled.
- Chosen from every project and client in the app
- Tap Done and the next task loads
- Tap Later and it moves down the queue
Easier Now learns your real pace
You said 30 minutes. The task took 50.
You log 50 and the next estimate for that kind of task is 50, not 30.
- Logging is plus and minus buttons, in minutes
- Estimates change as the numbers build up
- Tomorrow is scheduled on the recorded times
Missed a week?
Two days on a client site does not cost you the week.
Catch-up gives the backlog back to you one card at a time, so you decide what still matters instead of reading 71 rows.
- Skip a routine, because it comes round again
- Delete a one-off, because it will not
- Or press Do today and it goes back into today
Repeating routines
Set a routine once and see the next seven days of it.
Invoicing every Friday, payroll on the 25th, the weekly client report. Each routine appears on the day it is due.
- Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, on the day you pick
- Miss one and it sits near the top of the next day's list
- Each one is scheduled around your strict commitments
What comes next
Four things on a task decide what you do next.
How urgent it is, how much it matters, what an hour of it is worth, and a purple star for the days you already know. Pay grade is the one that answers whether the work should be yours at all, or somebody else's.
- Urgency Red What goes wrong if this is late? A deadline is closing, and missing it costs you something real.
- Importance Blue Does this get me somewhere I want to go? It moves you towards a core goal: impact, revenue or your own growth.
- Pay grade Green and yellow Should I be the one doing this? What this hour of work is worth, or what it would cost to hand over.
- Priority star Purple Is this the one thing, today? A toggle, not a fourth score. Anything starred sorts ahead of anything unstarred, and the three marks still set the order inside each group.
What an hour of it is worth
Five tiers, set on the task. The higher the tier, the more it costs to hand the work to somebody else, so the more it matters that you are the one doing it.
- $10an hour Admin Tidying, data entry, simple errands
- $100an hour Value Agency-level work, serious project work, specialist tasks
- $1,000an hour Strategy Consultant-level calls, fundamental business decisions
- $10,000an hour Leadership Speaking on camera, industry events, pivotal calls
- $100,000an hour Executive Foundational decisions, managing cost structures
About the top two tiers. They hold more than money. They also hold the things nobody can do for you at any price: eating, showering, playing music. High value is not the same as high status.
The Info tab
Take notes on the call. The actions are already captured.
Every task holds a full notes page. Press + Task and the checkboxes you wrote become real tasks, once you have confirmed them. Links hold, so a client's whole context sits on one page.
For teams
Assign a task and see who is doing what.
Everyone on the team gets the same one-task screen. You see the work; their personal tasks stay private.
Assign tasks, then look instead of asking.
You can see what each person has finished and what is still open, without a status meeting.
- Work tasks are visible, personal tasks are not
- Roles decide who can see and assign what
- Recorded minutes show you where the bottleneck actually is
"He just needs to apply himself."
I read that on every school report. The problem was never effort. I could not pick which of forty things to start, so I built an app that picks one and puts it on screen. My agency runs its client work on it.

Questions founders ask
I have abandoned every productivity app. Why would Easier Now be different?
Easier Now has nothing to maintain. There is no board to tidy, no weekly setup and no daily planning session. Miss a fortnight and you are handed the backlog one item at a time, with three buttons under each: skip it, do it today, or mark it done.
What happens when a client blows up my afternoon?
Press Optimise schedule and Easier Now works the rest of the day out again. Your strict commitments stay where they are, your flexible work is refitted into the hours that are left, and anything that no longer fits today is shown to you so you can move it or drop it.
Do I have to have the tree and the points?
Finishing a task earns XP and grows a tree. It is optional: one setting turns both off, and nothing else about the app changes.
Does it connect to my calendar?
Yes, Google Calendar, both ways. Events come in with prep and travel time added, tasks can be written back as calendar blocks, and you choose which calendars sync. More calendars are on the roadmap. You can also split personal from work, so nobody on your team sees what you do after hours.
What if Easier Now does not work for me?
If this is your first subscription, ask us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it. No form, and you do not have to tell us why.
What happens to a repeating task if I miss it?
Set the repeat and the time once. If you are away when one is due it is not lost: it moves near the top of the next day's list for that side of your life, and it never turns into ten copies of itself.
What about sensitive client data?
Workspaces are private and access is set by role. Admins cannot see anyone's personal tasks. Private deployments for regulated industries are on the roadmap, not shipped.
How does it know what it is allowed to move?
You mark each task strict or flexible. Strict means anchored to a time, and that covers more than meetings: picking the kids up, the dentist, going to sleep, feeding the cats, the window you keep for email. Everything flexible is fitted around those.
Can my team use Easier Now without training?
Everyone gets the same screen: one task with Done, Skip, Later and Log. You can see the work tasks you assigned and what each person has finished. Personal tasks stay private.
- Cancel in a click In settings, with no phone call and no form.
- No surprise charges You always know what you are paying, and when.
- Your data is yours Export your tasks or delete them, any time.
Stop carrying every client in your head.
