Every task holds a full notes page. Write checkboxes in it as the call runs, press + Task, and Easier Now shows you what it is about to create before it creates it.
A checkbox becomes a task when you say so
Press + Task, or click away from the note. Easier Now shows you the card first and you confirm it.
The links hold
A task made in your notes stays joined to the page it came from, so you can see what is finished in relation to the rest.
How it works
One page holds the whole project
Write on the call, checkboxes and all. Press + Task and Easier Now lists the new checkboxes it found, shows the card each one would make, and waits for you. Create them and their text turns purple in the note, still linked, so a month later the context is in one place instead of spread across a doc, a thread and your memory.
Retyping is where the actions die
The gap between a good meeting and a bad week is usually retyping. You take notes, the notes hold six things that need doing, and those six things stay in the notes until somebody chases you.
Here the notes are the capture. You write the line as a checkbox while the call is still going. When you press + Task, or click away from the note, Easier Now counts the new checkboxes, shows you the card each one would make, and creates them only if you say yes. The lines it created turn purple in the note.

- Links back to the project and out to the tasks the notes created
- Everything the task already carries: the estimate, the deadline, the impact marks
What this makes possible later
One task page ends up holding the whole context of a piece of work. That is the base for the agentic and AI features on the roadmap, and for the local and offline versions that are coming.
Questions about this feature
I have abandoned every productivity app. Why would Easier Now be different?
Easier Now has nothing to maintain. There is no board to tidy, no weekly setup and no daily planning session. Miss a fortnight and you are handed the backlog one item at a time, with three buttons under each: skip it, do it today, or mark it done.
Can I keep my notes with the work?
Yes. Each task carries its own page for images, text, bullets and code blocks. The checkboxes you write there stay checkboxes until you press + Task or click away from the note, at which point Easier Now shows you the cards it would make and creates them once you confirm. Nothing is retyped, and links hold, so a month later the whole project is still on one page.
